Katharine Leis was born in rural Finland. She moved from Finland at the age of 13. She began acting at age 14 and has not stopped since. Katharine also writes, directs and produces, and has a pre-med degree from Florida State.
She is one of Joe Bob Briggs webchicks, and is the featured model on a number of other sites including suavalicious.com, and modelexpose.com. She is also the current Fear Girl of the month on the Fear Film official site.
Katharine has starred in or been featured in several independent films, including the lead role in the horror film "Blackout." She's also appeared in other horror/ sci-fi features including: "Ghosthunters: Point of Contact," "The Uninvited," "We are Coming to Help," and she can be seen getting killed in the trailer for Blood Cinema's "Ultimate Sin".
Currently she is one of the leads in the independent film, "There's a Caterpillar in my Bok Choy," and will be the lead in the "Try to Scare Me" segment of Fearfilm's "Realms of Blood."
